翟正源，男，汉族，中共党员，博士，青岛科技大学讲师，主要从事电力市场规划优化、能源资源管理、可再生能源消纳等方面研究，参与研究国家自然科学基金项目，发表学术论文八篇，其中第一作者三篇。
